Cooking Time : 7-8 ( without preheat )
Raw groundnuts – 500 gram
Gram Flour – 1 table spoon
Salt – as per taste
Red chilli powder – as per taste
Chaat masala – as per taste
Cooking oil – 3-4 table spoon
Garam masala – as per taste
Take a medium size bowl, but the groundnuts in it.sprinkle some water on that, put all the above mentioned ingredients and spices put oil along with the mix all the ingredients and spices put oil along with the mix all the ingredients properly plug it on the tandoor with the help of 15 am plug point and bring the tray out. place a magic cloth greese it with few drops of oil close the tray for 2 min and then again open the tray and put all the groung nuts marinated with spices and cook it for for 7-8 min. please try to suffle the peanuts in between so that it gets uniformly roasted. after the cooking it over the place it on a serving plate and keep it open in the room temperture. so that it become crispy cones, after that store it in a air tight container for the evening snaks.
