
Cooking Time : 10-12 mins ( without preheating the tandooor )
INGREDIENTS
Maida – 100 gram
Wheat Flour – 100 gram
Dalda – 200 gram
Sugar – 200 gram
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tea spoon
Baking powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Coconut powder – 3-4 table spoon
METHOD
Prepare a stiff dough by mixing maida and wheat flour along with dalda and other ingredients and also add half portion of coconut powder in that and cover it with a thin kitchen cloth and keep it aside. to prepare the cookies, take one by one a small portion of the dough flatten it little bit and place it on the cooking tray on the magic cloth. fill the complete tray and put it for cooking then follow the other timing of pre heating method, open the tray in between check it and turn the cookies inside out by rotating method. bring it out when the cookies is over keepit outside in the room temp, for at least half an hour to make crispy cookies. after that store it in airtight container.
