Big brinjal – 1 pcs ( cut into 2 pcs )
Onion – 1 nos
Tomato ( chopped ) – 1 nos
Green chilli – 2 nos
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Do not pre heat the tandoor put the magic cloth grease it with one tea spoon of mustard oil, place the brinjal cut into 2 pieces keep white portion down and put some deep cut on the black side if the brijals, put some pieces of garlic ( skinned out ) whole single floret and cook it for 7-8 min open the tray check it up if up if you want can apply little bit properly the black skin will come out, mashed it on the thick alumnium foil poper. Add all the vegetables as above mix it well to get better taste add few drops of mustred oil in that, cook it for another 2-3 min on the tray, do not cover it again,bring it out and serve it hot.
