INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese ( paneer ) – 4 nos thin sliced
Bread slices – 8 nos
Potatoes ( boiled and mashed ) – 4 nos
Gram flour – 250 gram
Tomato souce – 2 table spoon
Cheese mozzarella – 2 table spoon
Salt, red chilli powder, roasted jeera, dhania powder, ajwain, ginger, garlic paste, garam masala ( as per taste )
Cooking oil – 1 table spoon
Freshly chopped green coriander leaves – 2 table spoon
Onion ( Chopped ) – 2 nos
Green chilli ( chopped ) – 2-3 nos
METHOD
First prepare the potato masala dough by mixing all chopped vegetables and all the spices, put one tea spoon of oil also while mixing it. then take one of the bread slice, apply one tea spoon of tomato souce on it well, then put one table spoon of the marianted mashed potato mix, spread it well , then put one thin slice of white paneer on the mashed potato, grate some portion of the cheese on it then place another slice on it with little bit of tomato sauce spread on it ,press it together then cut into triangle shape with the help of knife like wish stuffed all the bread slice on the tandoor with the tray along with the magic cloth grease little bti with one tea spoon of oil for 2-3 min then remove tray from the tandoos and place one bye one on stuffed bread sliced dipped in the gram flour butter ( see that the butter is not too much loose otherwise it will spread on the tray ) and close the tray for 5 min and then open it, if required rotate it little bit like the bread bakora which is inside bring it near the glass bracket and which is near the glass bracket keep it the inner part of the tray . after the cooking iv over which you have to check manually, put some chaat masala and serve it hot with pudina chutney or chilli tomato sauce.
Important : similar ways you can cook varities of pakora , potatoes sliced pakoras, brinjal sliced pakoras. in this process no need for stuffing potatoes inside. only dip in ther butter with all spices mixed in the butter and place it on the magic cloth other steps are all the same.
