Chicke Boneless – 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste, salt , red chilli, kitchen king masala, roasted jeera and dhania powder, aamchoor powder ( as per taste )
White Vinegar – 2 tea spoon
Fresh Lime – 1 nos
Chat masala – as per taste
Corn flour – table spoon
Clean and wash the chicken properly, dry it out with the help of the kitchen king cloth, then marinate with the all above spice and leave it for at least 39 min, so that it get well marinated then cook it on the cooking tray with magic cloth placed on it, do little bit of pasting with oil on the pieces of chicken tikka and close tray again and also see that the sides of chicken pieces are rotated and serve it hot when the tandoori chicken tikka is ready with some spring onion and pudina chutney.
Same way you can make mutton tikka, but for batter result of mutton tikka, you have to do pressure cooking atleast 10 min in the cooker then marinate as above method.
