INGREDIENTS
Fresh bitter guard – 500 gram (washed and cut into round thin pieces )
Tomato ( chopped ) – 2 nos
Onion ( chopped ) – 2 nos
SPICES
Salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted jeera, dhania powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala , kitchen king ( as per taste ).
METHOD
Wash and cut the bitter guard into thin round slices. put it it in a steel container put all the chopped vegetables along with and aslo add the above mentioned spices. mix it well ,put one tea spooon of oil for taste then take a thicker gauge of aluminium foil paper.cover all the marinated vegetables all around and place it avove the magic cloth on portion down so that it gets unformily cooked from inside.
IMPORTANT: Same way you can make any vegetable curry.
