Cooking Time : 2-3 mins
Wheat flour – 500 grm
Salt, red chilli powder ajwain – 1 table spoon fresh
Chopped green corriander leaves – 1 table spoon
All the cooking method is same as above only make a small portion of well kneeding whole wheat flour dough , first roll it on a chapatti roller,apply few drops of oil , spread it nice on the upper surface of the rolled roti, sprinkles some salt, red chilli, ajwain on that along with some dry loose wheat flour and fold like a handmade fan or like saree folding close it roll it again such a way it should not open it again i.e, the layer, put some corriander leaves with little bit of oil and cook it on the tray directly for 2-3 min.
