INGREDIENT
Plain flour – 500 grm
Water to prepare the dough
Salt ( as per taste )
Plain curd – 2-3 tea spoon
Cooking oil – 1 tea spoon
METHOD
Make a smooth dough of plain flour by keeping it with curd oil, salt,water and leave it aside for at least 1 hrs.
Covered with wet kitchen cloth. for checking the consistency, take a little portion of dough and it should get stick to your finger, then take portion of flour on the roller,it is done because it should not get stuck on the roller while rolling ,it is done plain nan,while rolling tray not to make round shape give it a little oval shape pre heat the tray and place the roller plain nan omn that directly and while rolling the nan apply few drops of cooking oil on the upper surface of nan and put one tea spoon of ( chopped )fresh coriender leaves on that serve it hot by applying little butter or pure ghee on it, you can place 3-4 nos at a time.
