Cooking Time : 15-20 mins
INGREDIENTS
Minced mutton keema – 500 gram
Pressure cooked in a cooker for at least 10 mins so that marination can be done properly, coriander leaves chopped -1 table spon
Onion – 1 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste – as per taste
Green garlic powder – as per taste
Salt, red chilli powder, roasted dhania, jeera powder, kitchen king powder, mutton kabab masala or only mutton masala, garam masala powder ( as per taste )
METHOD
Make a smooth and stiff dough by mixing and kneeding with above mentioned ingredient to the half done minced mutton or keema put little bit of corn flour while kneeding it, then take a small portion of the well marinated keema dough flatten it or roll it on the roller of medium size kabab shape and then again roll it once on the corn flour ( spread on the medium size steel plate )
Then cook it in the same way on the cooking tray of the tandoor like other non-vegetarian recipes ( please check all the cooking has to be done on the magic cloth)
