HOW TO MAKE MISSI ROTI IN ELECTRIC TANDOOR

[prepare wheat flour and gramflour along with some spices]

Cooking Time: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

Gram flour – 500 grm

Wheat flour – 250 grm

Dry Mango powder

Red chilli powder

Garam masala powder

Sabut dhaniya

[ full coriander seeds]

Roasted jeera powder

Roasted cumin seeds

Aiwain

Kasoori methi

Onion – 1 nos ( chopped )

Mint leaves – 1 table spoon ( chopped )

Corriander leaves – 1 table spoon ( chopped )

Cooking oil – 2 table spoon

Water – to prepare dough

METHOD

Prepare the mixed dough by kneeding all the above ingredients together with water and make a stiff dough. before preparing the rotis please leave the missi roti dough aside for 1 hour atleast covered it with wet kitchen cloth and do the same as it is done in other roti/parantha method.
