INGREDIENTS
Potatoes ( boiled and mashed ) – 4-5 nos
Green peas ( boiled and mashed ) – 250 gram
Carrots ( grated ) – 2 nos (medium size )
Onion ( chopped ) – 2 nos
Green coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Green chilli ( chopped ) – 2-3 nos
Beet root ( grated ) – 1 nos
Beans ( finely chopped ) – 50 gram
SPICES
Salt, red chilli powder, roasted jeera and dhania powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, kitchen king kasuri methi ( as per taste ) cooking oil – 1 table spoon, corn flour -2 table spoon.
METHOD
Make a smooth dough by mixing all the grated, chopped and boiled vegetables together along with above mentioned spices as per taste,keep the corn flour, now pre heat the tandoor along with the tray and the magic cloth greased with one tea spoon of cooking oil for 2 min only and then take a small portion of marianted vegetables dough, flatten it little bit just dip it in dry corn flour so that little flour get spread on the outer surface of each cutlets then bring the tray out.place all the cutlet on the greesed magic cloth and close the tray and cook for another 4-5 min by rotating method, so that it get crispy all around and serve it hot.
