Cooking Time :
Fresh tender chicken – 1 pcs
Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, roasted jeera and dhania powder, kitchen king masala, chicken tandoori masala, orange colour ( all area as per taste )
Cooking – 1 table
White vinegar – 2 table
Cornflower – 2 table spoon
Fresh lime – 1 nos
Chat masala – as per taste
Wash the chicken and dry it out with the cloth, then cut into 6 pieces and put some deep cut on the chicken pieces and marinate with all the above spices and keep it aside for atleast 30 min before raosting it in the tandoor , after the marination time if you find the moisture is still more on the chicken pieces sprinkle some corn flour over it so that proper binding of all spices will remian in that. then put the magic cloth on the cooking tray and close the tray and plug it on the tandoor for 2 min open it immediately after 2 min put all the marinated chicken pieces on that ant! cook it for 10-12 min but for better result of tandoori effect on the chicken pieces open the tray in between of the 7-8 min cooking and change the sides or turn it round and brush little bit of oil on the surface of chicken piece, after the tandoori chickenis done bring it out on a serving platter , serve it hot by putting some fresh lime juice along with chaat masala and some spring onion.
IMPORTANT If ANY TO MAKE THE RECIPE OF BUTTER CHICKEN ON THE GAS STOVE, SO PLEASE MAKE CHICKEN TANDOORI FIRST AND THEN PUT THE CHICKEN TADOOR IN THE BUTTER CHICKEN GRAVY IT TASTED GOOD AND ALSO SAME WAY YOU CAN COOK TANDOORI LEG PIECES ALL INGREDIENTS AND COOKING METHOD IS SAME.
