Cooking Times: 7-8 mins
Cottage cheese ( paneer tikka block shape ) – 500gram
flour ( besan ) – 1 table spoon
Salt,garam masala,kasoori metni,ajwain,red chilli powder, green cardamon powder, roasted jeera and dhaniya powder,ginger garlic paste ,kitchen king masala , dry mango masalsa ( as per taste )
Cooking oil – 1 tea spoon
Cut the paneer ( fresh ) into medium size pieces and if you want can cut 1 or 2 piece of the capsicum into diamond shape and also Vz onion. after marinating with all above spices and sprinkle some gram flour on the surface of the paneer pieces and keep it aside for half an hour,after the marination is over pre heat the tandoor for 2 min and them place the magic cloth or cooking foil paper of thicker gauge and greese the upper part of the magic cloth with 1 tea spoon of oil and place all the marinated paneer are not cooked properly then close the tray and cook it another for 2-3 min,in between if possible open the tray and change the sides of the tikkas so that it gets uniformly cooked .
