To make plain phulka kneed a soft wheat flour dough and cover it with wet kitchen cloth for atleast 1-2 hr aside.
Preheat the tandoor as said above bring the pre-heated tray,place a medium size of phulka rolled thinely,closed it for few second and then open the tray and rotate it slightly and closed the tray again .again open the tray you will see the tandoori phulka turns into a ball shape bring it out and serve it hot , if anyone desire can put 2-3 nos of phulka at a time..;
