INGREDIENTS
Raw potatoes – 750gram ( wash and dried)
SPICES
Garam masala, chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder ,roasted jeera and dhaniya powder , black pepper powder, kasouri methi ( as per taste ) french lime-I nos
METHOD
Wash all the potatoes . Removes the outer skin of the potatoes and cut into medium size pieces , take a medium size steel container ,put all the cut potatoes and put all above mentioned ingredient and mix well togther with potatoes. place the magic cloth or a piece of thicker gauge of aluminium foil page which cover the complete tray.
do not pre heat the tandoor , place all the marinated cut raw potatoes on the magic cloth and cook it for 10-12 min in intervals i.e. open the tray after 7-8 min of cooking and rotate it with the wooden spetula a little bit, so that it get uniformly cooked after the required cooking time,bring it out on a serving platter,sprinkle some chaat masala powder along with few drops of fresh lime juice and serve it with green pudina chutney.
