INGREDIENTS
Capsicum/tomatoes – 5-6 nos
( scooped it from inside make it a hollow space for filling from the planted portion )
Boiled and mashed potatoes – 3-4 pes
Paneer grated – 2-3 pes
Fresh chopped green coriander leaves – 1 table spoon
Sweet corn ( steamed ) – 1 table spoon
Cheese ( grated ) – 2 table spoon
Onion ( chopped ) – 1 ps
METHOD
At first mixed the all mashed potato with the ingredients like sweet corn, coriander leaves ( chopped ) and chopped onion with all the masala, then take one of the hollowed capsicum and stuff the marinated mashed potatoes , press it little bit inward and then put some grated paneer on the top along with some greated cheese, cover it with aluminium foil paper. place each pieace or 2-3 piece together and place it on the magic cloth on the cooking tandoor tray, switch on the tandoor and close the cooking tray filled with stuffed vegetables. cook for 5-6 min. open the tray in between and change the place of stuffed vegetables inside out. after the cooking is over sprinkle some chat masala or few drops of lime juice and cut into pieces with sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Important : Similarly one can make stuffed keralas and brinjals but cooking time will be 10-12 min ( approx ).
