Whole Wheat Floor – 500 gm
Potatoes Boiled and mashed – 4 nos
On ( Chooped ) – 1 nos
Green chillies ( chooped ) – 2 nos
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tables spoon
Fresh mint leaves – 1 table spoon
Salt, red chilli powder, amchoor (dry mango powder),garam masala powder, roasted jeera and dhania powder, ginger garlic paste (as per taste)
First prepare a smooth dough of whole wheat flour and cover it with the wet kitchen cloth and keep it aside, after that prepare the filling by adding all the above spices to the boiled and mashed potatoes, then take a small portion of the prepared wheat flour dough make it a cup shape, place the potatoes masala in the center of the cup shape dough cover it all around properly, pre heat the tandoor and place it on the cooking tray and rolled stuffed parantha and closed the tray cook it for 2-4 min without truning upside down, if the input voltage is more from the main supply then you can change the place little bit, so that it doesn’t get over cooked from same side. if any one desire, while serving they can apply butter or pure ghee on the top.
